How does the free trial work?
You get 3 days free with full access. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, your chosen plan starts when the trial ends.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play account, depending on where you subscribed. Cancel there at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Change your plan in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. The change takes effect at the next renewal.
What happens to my data if I stop subscribing?
Your data stays on your account. You will need an active subscription to keep using the app.
Do you offer refunds?
Apple and Google process the payment and handle refunds under their own policies. If something went wrong, email us and we will help.
